Comprehensive Limitation of Liability
AI Industry Experts, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors expressly disclaim and limit all liability for damages, losses, or adverse outcomes arising from service utilization, including but not limited to:
- Artificial intelligence system outputs, algorithmic recommendations, or autonomous decision-making processes
- Data processing errors, computational inaccuracies, algorithmic bias, or machine learning model failures
- Business interruption, financial loss, operational disruption, or strategic planning failures
- Third-party application performance, security vulnerabilities, or integration failures
- System availability, performance degradation, service interruption, or infrastructure failures
- Intellectual property disputes, copyright infringement, or ownership claims arising from AI-generated content
- Regulatory compliance failures, legal violations, or policy breaches resulting from system use
Application Performance Disclaimer
Applications available through our platform are provided without warranty, representation, or guarantee of performance. Users acknowledge that artificial intelligence systems may produce unpredictable, inconsistent, or erroneous results and that no assurances are made regarding accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for particular purposes or use cases.
User Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Industry Experts from all claims, damages, costs, expenses, and liabilities arising from service use, including misuse of AI outputs, regulatory violations, infringement of third-party rights, or failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary technology, algorithms, methodologies, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of AI Industry Experts. Users receive limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licenses for authorized use only, subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
Modification and Termination
These terms may be modified, updated, or revised at any time without prior notice or consent. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all modifications. Services may be terminated, suspended, or modified at the sole discretion of AI Industry Experts without liability or obligation.
